Pricing

Standard $12 shipping fee will be charged to Canadian orders and a standard $18 to all American orders. 

Standard $25 shipping fee will charged to all international orders

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 Canada wide and free shipping over $200 worldwide. 

We offer a detailed fit guide to help direct you to the perfect fit for your Sisterly Swimwear. If you need any further assistance, please contact our customer service team through our contact page! 

Returns

Due to the small scale of our business and our made to order products. Items cannot be refunded however, they can be returned in exchange for store credit. 

The shipping will be covered by the customer so we highly recommend checking our size guides and if needed having us assist you through our members chat or via our email contact@sisterlyswim.com 

Sisterly reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout. 

Alternatively, we offer a unique exchange policy where we encourage you to sell your suit or give to a friend and we will then provide you with a one time 50% off discount code to re purchase your suit in the correct size. This option helps us avoid waste and a more efficient exchange.

Shipping

We currently make all of our swimwear from scratch to order and we allow 12 - 14 business days for your order to be made and dispatched and up to 6 weeks in busier seasons or for large campaigns.

We use Purolator, DHL and Fedex for all orders for a quick turnaround in shipping. Please allow 3 - 5 business days once your order is dispatched to receive your order. 

At Sisterly we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we allow 24 hours to make a change, otherwise we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT us before you order.

US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties. 

Sisterly is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

As these fees are not computed nor applied by Sisterly. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.
