RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the small scale of our business and our made to order products. Items cannot be refunded however, they can be returned in exchange for store credit. 

The shipping will be covered by the customer so we highly recommend checking our size guides and if needed having us assist you through our members chat or via our email contact@sisterlyswim.com 

Sisterly reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout. 

Alternatively, we offer a unique exchange policy where we encourage you to sell your suit or give to a friend and we will then provide you with a one time 50% off discount code to re purchase your suit in the correct size. This option helps us avoid waste and a more efficient exchange.

SHIPPING INFO

Standard $12 shipping fee will be charged to Canadian orders and a standard $18 to all American orders. 

Standard $25 shipping fee will charged to all international orders

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 Canada wide and free shipping over $200 worldwide. 

WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR ORDER?

We currently make all of our swimwear from scratch to order and we allow 12 - 14 business days for your order to be made and dispatched and up to 3 weeks in busier seasons. We use Purolator, DHL and Fedex for all orders for a quick turnaround in shipping. Please allow 3 - 5 business days once your order is dispatched to receive your order.
