Returns and Exchanges:
We provide exchanges or refunds for regular-priced merchandise that meets the return requirements below. Our goal is to ensure you find your perfect Sisterly Swimwear fit.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

International Orders:
For international orders, please contact us at info@sisterlyswimwear.com to initiate the return process. All international returns must be submitted through our customer service team.
Important Details:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit to be processed.
- Please note that items from different orders cannot be combined within the same return.
- If you choose a refund, a $12USD/$20CAD restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
- Express shipping and Package Protection charges are non-refundable.
- If you have multiple returns for different items within the same order, please send them back separately with the correct returns label.
- Your return will begin processing as soon as your returning items are marked as 'in transit' by the courier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the small scale of our business and our made to order products. Items cannot be refunded however, they can be returned in exchange for store credit.

Sisterly reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout.
Alternatively, we offer a unique exchange policy where we encourage you to sell your suit or give to a friend and we will then provide you with a one time 50% off discount code to re purchase your suit in the correct size. This option helps us avoid waste and a more efficient exchange.
